<h2>90-day guarantee</h2><p>We want you to love your order. If you are not happy with it, contact us within <strong>90 days of delivery</strong> and we will make it right with a refund or a replacement.</p><h3>Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)</h3><p>You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 90-day guarantee extends this period and does not limit your legal rights.</p><h3>How to start a return</h3><ol><li>Email <a href="mailto:skull.hitch.support@gmail.com">skull.hitch.support@gmail.com</a> with your order number and the reason for the return.</li><li>We reply within 1-2 business days with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.</li><li>Send the item back in its original condition with all parts included (projectors, wiring harness, pads and screws).</li></ol><h3>Return shipping</h3><p>If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover the return shipping or send a replacement without asking you to return it. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost.</p><h3>Refunds</h3><p>Once your return arrives and is inspected, we email you and refund the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Shipping Protection is refunded only if the whole order is returned unused.</p><h3>Damaged, faulty or wrong items</h3><p>Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we will fix it. Your statutory warranty rights always apply.</p><h3>Exchanges</h3><p>Want a different color? Email us and we will arrange an exchange.</p>
