Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the SkullHitch online store and to every order you place. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. The store

The store runs on Shopify. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the store at any time.

2. Products

We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Photos are illustrations, and colors and the look of light projections can vary with the ground surface, lighting and mounting height.

Our wing projectors are decorative lighting accessories and are not approved for use on public roads. You are responsible for installing and using them safely and in line with the laws where you live.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud.

5. Shipping

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and your 14-day right of withdrawal are covered in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Warranty

You have the statutory warranty rights that apply under EU and Lithuanian consumer law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring or use of the products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Intellectual property

All store content, including text, images and logos, belongs to SkullHitch or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
