Free shipping

Every order ships free with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7-12 days after you order. Delivery times are estimates and can be slightly longer during holiday periods or because of carrier delays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you get an email with your tracking link. Tracking can take 1-2 days to show updates.

Shipping Protection

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we send a replacement at no extra cost.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or late package

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your order has not arrived within 20 days, email skull.hitch.support@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
